About 100 Percent Reward
The website was launched in January 2008 by Larry J. Folds Sr in an effort to discover who vandalized his trees. It has grown into a free service for others to use in order to help them catch other perpetrators. We pay out "100 Percent" of the reward money contributed (less a small transaction fee paid to PayPal.com for their services). If you have any information about any crime displayed on "100 Percent Reward" you can be sure, if that information results in the arrest and conviction of the perpetrator you will receive all the reward money.
